Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of appointment must be done over the phone:
Cancellation of treatments of:
- Less than 1 hour: At least 24 in advance
- More than 1hour: At least 1 week in advance
If the appointment is not fulfilled with timely cancellation, 50% of the costs of the booked appointment will be charged.
